My wife quit her job in marketing. Decided to pursue a career in software engineering. Spent 1 year learning through online courses. Built a product to prove her expertise. She just got hired by a cool fintech company! 🎉 - Likeability is an advantage. Your life is easier when people like you. But doing things you shouldn’t, because you want to be liked, is a prison.Likeability is a prison. It's okay if people don't like you. Your job is to do what you need to do.
