A D1 Coach asked me for 6 HS head coaches numbers so he could get their pitching rotations. 3 of the 6 #'s I had & sent them to him. 3 I DM'd for their #'s 1 immediately responded. 2 read the DM's but didn't respond. If you're that uninterested in helping your guys, QUIT.

Sadly, a lot of parents seem to have no clue how their actions at high school baseball games can adversely affect their son's recruitment.

I can promise you, if you get selected for the PBR Future Games or Junior Future Games, you DO NOT want to turn it down due to missing a couple of football practices. It's an unbelievable experience, and one that can change your life.

Could use some prayers for my dad. He was in a bad rollover accident on the highway this afternoon and is currently in surgery. Thank you 🙏

HS Pitchers Just watched a video of a kid throwing a bullpen. His hat fell off on 14 of 18 pitches. Find a hat that fits, and pull it down on your head. Your hat should not be on the ground after every pitch. Not a good look if it is.

Another beautiful weekend for baseball, but the fields in KY are empty while every surrounding state is playing. Ridiculous!

Can't take it anymore. If you're SAC bunting your 3 hole hitter in the first inning, maybe someone else should be hitting in that spot. I do not understand the "play for one run" mentality early in games. Let your hitters SWING THE BAT and drive in runs! Bunt when it makes sense!

Thinking about a @PBRKentucky event that involves the best in each class from different parts of that state split into area code teams. Teams 859, 502, 270, and 606 battling for state bragging rights. 🤔 Stay tuned...

I lost my Dad overnight after a week-long battle in the hospital. Dad, you were truly one of the good guys…always there for your family. It was an honor to be your son, and I know my kids appreciated you ALWAYS being their biggest supporter. RIP pops, and hit ‘em straight up

I've always felt HS baseball players shouldn't tweet about their college offers, but I had a recent conversation with a high school coach who thinks players should tweet their FIRST offer only with the logic being it may spur interest from additional schools. Thoughts & opinions?

So thankful that at 80 years old my dad was able to survive this. I'm overwhelmed with support from the KY baseball community and beyond. Y'all don't know how much that has meant. Thank you! ❤ Dad had a pacemaker put in last night. Long recovery ahead from injuries, but he's

HS baseball players: How you handle failure will play a BIG role in how far you advance in the game. The game caters to no one. You WILL fail. Do you go into a shell or compete like hell when failure enters the equation? Learn to compete, even when you're not at your best.

If you're a catcher and you're too lazy to stay to catch bullpens until the end of a showcase, do you think that really goes unnoticed??

Dad had a cardiac incident that caused him to run off the highway. Car flipped 4 times and came to rest in a wooded area. Surgery to put pacemaker in. Broken ribs, broken nose, lots of bruising and cuts. Currently in ICU. I played golf with him yesterday. Hug your loved ones.
