1. 18 years ago I had a drunken idea to start a Celticbars site even though I never knew how to do websites. Tonight my site has just had its 9 millionth visitor. In that time I have had visitors from 146 different countries.

- Happy 101st birthday to Peter Ciarella (real name is Pasquale Domenico Ciarella) from Lochgilphead. First Celtic game he attended was in 1932. He has been to games under every Celtic manager in our history from Willie Maley to Ange. Let's all wish him a Happy birthday.
- Recently our @TynesideCeltic lost a good friend of ours. He was only 32 and took his own life. Yesterday we took his dad to his first Celtic game as a guest of our CSC. He wore his Bhoys old Hoops top and scarf. This is him at the game. He loved his day. HH
- 8 years ago today we lost Oscar Knox. This is one of the greatest ever Celtic photographs. RIP Oscar x
- Last month we wished Peter Ciarella a Happy 101st Birthday. He has seen every Celtic manager in our history. @CelticFC gave him a VIP day in the directors box for the Hibs game and couldn't do enough for him. He had a day to remember & his family are so grateful for all involved.
- Today my Celticbars website celebrates 18 years, which means if you were born on that day, you can now legally drink. How old does that make us all feel? I am proud of the fact it's one of the oldest Celtic websites and one which has never been copied. The one and only Celticbars
