- Today’s top single of 730lbs followed by 3x3 @ 640lbs. This was on top of @NeilHarrell97 morning workout. Playing football, prepping for the Arnold, balancing a 3.5 GPA. Don’t tell me something can’t be done, I’ll prove ya wrong 💪🏻
