It’s safer than ever before but incidents like this will always happen - to penalise a 6ft 8 man’s bent at the waist tackling a diminutive 9 is daft!
Invest in facility, coaching, stash, few drinks post game, feeding the guys around training and create a culture where lads want to be there as they are looked after and improve as players!
