    I took this photo of Sgt Major Robert Blatnik 5 years ago. This was the stretch of Omaha beach in Normandy where he came ashore on #DDay. He commanded 901 men. Head count 24 hours later and about 500 yards inland, they had 387. 500 yards. Let that soak in. #neverforget

    #Breaking #ColleyvilleSynagogue sources confirm to me it was the elite FBI hostage rescue team which flew into DFW this evening, who executed the explosion and temple entry. All hostages are ok, and have spoken to officers. Fate of the hostage taker not yet clear. @CBSDFW

    94 days since her #leukemia diagnosis, my incredibly strong, resilient, compassionate and loving mother drew her last breath at 5:30am today. I was by her side holding her hands as she completed her journey. Just the two of us. Just the love of a mother and son. I love you mom...
