    Russia is built on impunity. In WW2 it absorbed parts of Finland & Japan by force. It now occupies parts of Georgia, Moldova & Ukraine, as well as Belarus. Ukraine fights to end this aggression: the free world must not relent until Russia ends these post-1991 occupations.

    There is no point keeping 155 mm howitzers & MLRS in depots across @NATO when the future of security & democracy is being decided in Luhansk oblast. Give Ukraine the firepower they need. Give them a correlation of forces advantage. Let's win this war decisively together.

    Ukraine needs the right military tools to suppress long range fires & prevent air strikes against cities: - counter-battery radar - artillery systems (e.g. M142 HIMARS) - air defence systems - fighter aircraft This is collective self-defence, under article 51 of the UN Charter.

    Germany’s funding of the rise of Russian fascism through gas imports, when viable nuclear & hydrocarbon alternatives existed, will rank as one of the great geopolitical failures of the late 20th & early 21st centuries. This Ostpolitik brought genocidal war back to Europe.
