- Congratulations to Ian Rees on qualifying as a referee with the WWFA on the 27th of September and taking charge of his 1st game on Saturday (1st October). Welcome to the CAFL as a referee and no doubt you will enjoy your time as part of the team in black.
- All teams still in the West Wales intermediate cup. The 2nd round is being drawn tomorrow night and will be available to clubs over the weekend 😊
- Congratulations Emma Ferns on your first cup final and being the first female to officiate a CAFL final @FAWales @BBCSportWales @NoelMooney13 @PremierWales @JackReaFfwt#Shoutout to is Emma, a 16 year old referee on the Carmarthenshire Amateur Football League. On Saturday not only did she officiate her 1st cup final she was also the 1st female to referee on the CAFL cup finals leading out a male assistant line up. Emma is currently studying
- Just to make teams aware that Simon's in hospital after collapsing during his game last night between Ammanford Res and Risca Res. I will be trying to keep on top of referee allocations for the weekend but please bare with me

- Update to all regarding our league and referee secretary Simon Downes. Simon came home from hospital late on Friday evening, he is currently on strict instructions to rest and take it easy. He is due further tests and investigations to get to the bottom of what caused Wednesday
