The turkey should be 180 in the thigh, 170 in breast and 165 in stuffing. If it is 165 in stuffing, the turkey is done.

You can stuff your turkey if you do it immediately before roasting, and use a thermometer to check the temp must be 165

As long as you follow safe food handling practices i.e., thaw the turkey in the refrigerator and cook with meat thermometer to best Done Temp. When done the temp of stuffing should be 165 degrees; breast 170 and thigh 180.

Call us for how to deep fry. Call them if the deep fry goes awry! And yes, your turkey should be thawing by now…
Because this has been confused more times than you want to know: * 1-800-BUTTERBALL is what to call if you want to know how to cook a turkey. * 911 is what to call if you need immediate help from police, fire or ambulance PSA: You should be thawing the turkey by now.
