- Only 6 HBCU's were chosen. SIX. The elite of the elite. Mackenzie donated her money to Tuskegee, Hampton, Howard, Morehouse, Spelman, and Xavier. All of these colleges are known as Black Ivy Leagues.
- I really went and purchased myself a house. Keeping this to myself for the past 3 weeks has been tough, but it’s official now! I start the new decade in a brand new home, and I couldn’t be more blessed.
- Not a white man at work telling me he’s “not feeling” my braids.
- Everybody always wanna talk about that Freshman 15, but nobody ever talks about the Post-Graduate 25.
- Found my daddy’s meal card from when he was at Tuskegee. Back then, they could only go through the caf line once, and they had meal cards to keep track of it.
- Blessing a young Tuskegee Woman this HC. Whoever is staying in my freshman room in White, I’ll see you Friday! Happy Homecoming! ❤️💛
