- So earlier this year, I found out my coworker (non black) was making more than me in the same position. I flagged this and of course they adjusted my salary. My job also did a whole deep dive to see if all of the other black workers made the same as their peers.
- Replying to @britnianiseTurns out they didn't. They now adjusted all of their salaries and implemented steps to stop this from happening in the future. I'm proud of myself! Because woohoo making long lasting change.
- As a black girl I don't appreciate that I have to choose between my hair and my workout 😭
- Replying to @KittypuzGaurdI spoke to my manager about it first, then she had me send it over email which she then sent to the hire ups. It took a few weeks, but it worked.

- Imma brag a little on day 3 my father paid off my credit cards, day 5 I just received a promotion with an 18% raise. 2024 is going the way God destined for me and all I can say is thank you!!

- My Sunday testimony is...last week I got in a car accident w my lil sis where my car was totaled. We walked away unharmed. Yesterday I was able to purchase a new car :)
