- Started working on an idea I've had for a while yesterday. When I'm overwhelmed I love using an Eisenhower matrix to try to sort out what's actually important and not falling into the "everything is urgent" trap.
00:00 - Two weeks from this coming Friday is going to be my last day at Twitter 😔. It's been a fun and wild ride to help build up the NYC office and learn a whole lot about distributed teams. My team and peers have been excellent, I'm so thankful for everything.
