- High school athletes, if you’re in town this summer, you should be at YOUR SCHOOLS summer workouts. Specialized training is great, as long as it’s supplemental. A TEAM is built in the summer. If you’re not there you are hurting your team. Simple. Be at summer workouts.
- PSA: Football players, RUN TRACK
- COLLEGE ATHLETES: If at all possible, STAY. The grass is not greener on the other side. Be apart of something bigger than yourself. Help build the program where you are at. Selfish players are usually the most lonely. Team players make better relationships, get more out of it!
- Dear recruits, Stop putting your value or worth in the amount of offers you receive. That lifestyle is draining, and not fun. Instead, put your value and worth in the person that God created YOU to be. There is only 1 YOU.
- What God does in a year...around this time last year i watched my dad leave to Houston for a 7 week chemo/radiation cancer treatment process...now he’s completely cancer free and probably out in the lawn making his grass the best in the neighborhood! God is so good!
- GO GET BETTER! it’s on you now...get going or get left behind...

- FINALLY! THE WAIT IS OVER! Hardly could sleep last night knowing I’ll be all over Memphis today!! Can’t wait to see programs that have straight DAWGS!
- RECRUITS: On visits, enjoy the experience of every school, but evaluate the coaching staff. More specifically, focus on how they interact with EACH OTHER. Staffs that act like family will treat you like family. That’s what you want!
- Whatever team you are on this season, know that there is an end date to that group being together. Playoffs, no playoffs, or state champions there will be an end. Cherish the moment of being on YOUR team, it’ll be over one day.

- Usually don’t post about super deep stuff on twitter... but i would challenge u to think about how the reason this generation is so depressed is maybe because we compare our lives to a false reality and lies on social media...
