- There really is nothing quite like a Saturday afternoon filled with betting on the races! Flicking channels, the range of emotions, winning, losing, celebrating, almost throwing the remote. Long live horse racing !
- Disappointing that the full amount isn’t paid. Yes, big corps have Ts & Cs but if they want to offer products like quaddies, they should have to wear the result.Ok Now got $698,749.99 in account. They only paid $104,000 for quaddie. How fricken happy is me and missed. Yeah babe
- The All-Star mile should have a permanent home at The Valley. The roar when Russian Camelot and Mugatoo entered the home straight was incredible. Nothing compares to the atmosphere at this track, even with only 9,000 in attendance
- Golden ticket to the Melbourne Cup, 400k of prizemoney and only 10 runners have accepted for Saturday's Andrew Ramsden. There should be no more whinging that we don't provide enough opportunities for local horses to book a spot in the Melbourne Cup.
- The disqualification rule for a jockey weighing in light is absolutely farcical. If punters never had the opportunity to win, how can they possibly lose?? 🤬🤬🤬
- Excelman should be deemed a late scratching because it was never in the race. Deductions apply to other runners, because the percentage taken up by the favourite was never in play. Yes I backed it, and yes I've got the shits.
