- 32 years of nerves kicking in on a Friday before playing first league game of the season but not this year! Officially retired. Enjoyed every minute of it. Just managing 16 players on a Saturday now - easy right? #liketryingtoherdwasps

- Had some season managing this one and the Walney Blues team. 1 win all season and they turn up in their droves to train & play. Not one argument all year!! I have learnt more in one year than the 30 previous ⚽️
- Started doing my bit today helping those less fortunate. Very surprised at how busy everywhere seemed to be compared to last week. Can everyone please stay at home unless it’s essential!! #StayHomeSaveLives

- Great game this morning between Dalton & Crooklands. Both teams were excellent and their GK’s were outstanding in front of a great crowd who got right behind both teams. It’s how junior football should be 👏🏻👏🏻⚽️
- Sophia saved the weekend! Scored her first ever competitive goal in another great team performance ⚽️
- First junior golf night in nearly 20 years @FurnessGC , brilliant turn out and a huge thanks to everyone! I’m one proud person
- As far as 2 wheeled commutes to work go it’s not a bad one 🚲 🌅
