    Biscuit managed a smile as he took one last walk. Biscuit lived life to the fullest. No part of the woods was left unchecked. His unrelenting energy was infectious. It made his struggles all the more sad. I have cried for 2 weeks straight. He was 15.5. Please R.I.P.

    At the age of 13 yrs 6 months and 16 days, Bella has been put to sleep. I am appropriately sad and likely will remain that way for quite some time.

    I must brag. Like many, I hit rock bottom during the retarded government forced lock downs. Luckily, the gyms were opening in Las Vegas. A friend both helped wean me off opiates+gave me a home. A personal trainer hired. 2 yrs and 52 days later, here I am on 64th bday.

    To whom this matters, I wish you a happy Passover. Enjoy your family meal. My mother is now past 80 and still cooks everything. This means the world to her, so even if you dread a long meal with small talk that annoys, go with a smile. Your family will appreciate.

    I post a fitness update every yr on my birthday. 66 today. Yes I'm on track. It has helped a ton. I do not fuck with lighting. This is not taken post workout. I started training again, when gyms reopened in Vegas, during pandemic. This is the best I've looked
