Ignored the anti-vaxx stuff and got my first #AstraZeneca dose yesterday. Waited till today because symptoms may not occur till day 2. But apart from a dull arm and an achy quad (which subsided quickly) all good. No different from how I felt after yellow fever, or polio vaccines.

This is what I'm talking about @metpoliceuk. Two young athletes, new parents, who will likely represent @TeamGB at @Tokyo2020. But here they are being assaulted by those who are supposed to protect them. And you have the temerity to accuse young black folk of being "anti-police".

Around 90% of the 2.6 million American public school teachers belong to a teaching union. I'm not sure this is the best way to win them over.

Hey, Linford, make this official with @IOPC_Help. Demand they release the bodycam footage. Your athletes shouldn't be fobbed off with the inevitable apology/retraining. Time for serious consequences for @metpoliceuk officers who think they can treat black folk like "property".

Looks like @metpoliceuk officers are still using the bogus "you smell of cannabis" playbook. This time, they roughed up @FuseODG. Officers like this, who literally make stuff up, destroy whatever confidence there is left between police and community. #MarkRowley do something!

Don't forget if it hadn't been for 17 year Darnella Frazier who kept her phone on #GeorgeFloyd and his murderer, #DerekChauvin may have got away with it. She still apologises to Floyd for not saving him. But she stepped up when it mattered. Chauvin's colleagues didn't. #GUILTY
