- All credit to @Gavin_King90 worked so hard on his development, needed a few games to fit in but has got better with every game.. Turned down other clubs willing to pay his mortgage every month because he’s enjoying his football with us, FairPlay, he’s a great teammate too..Star striker Gav King ends 2018 with 40 goals for the club this calendar year, as he heads into 2019 atop the @NCEL Division One goalscoring chart.
- Been a great first week, 20 to training, new shape, great belief in what we want to achieve and first point in five weeks. Blown away by the support by committee, fans and players.. Thorne are a different animal this year and if honest we should have won 1-3 Small steps.It’s full time and the points were shared with a Petch goal getting us back into the game but we were unlucky not to get more after a strong second half performance. Next up we welcome @Glassywelfare on Tuesday night to the Fairfax Plant Hire Stadium.
