- Replying to @bleachbrain16Looking back at January: January wasn’t so bad; i did lose 8lbs but i definitely could’ve lost more unfortunately i binged and went over my limit a lot but i did get more steps than in the past due to my new walking pad!

- Replying to @bleachbrain16thinspo: i’m going to be on pinterest 24/7, looking at and pinning thinspo there’s some celebs i find very triggering or that i just want to look like and im going to look at them heavily
- Replying to @bleachbrain16quotes/ mantras: lately people have been making more comments to me about my eating habits and what i look like many of them have been really embarrassing so i’ve started writing them down along with other motivational quotes to get me to not fuck this up
- Replying to @bleachbrain16wieiad: - i find thinspo and fatspo wieiads very triggering - i’m also going to pretend that everything i eat is being recorded to like shame myself - ill also watch mukbangs whenever i feel the urge to binge, which i find helps a lot (couldn’t upload a vid 😓)

- Replying to @bleachbrain16habits: - one of the main ways i’m going to restrict is by eating cleaner - i’m cutting out most processed/ packaged foods (other than protein bars and shakes) - i’m hoping this will help me restrict better
