    Today, Thursday 6th February, marks the 67th anniversary of the Munich Air disaster which claimed the lives of 23 people including 8 of the legendary 'Busby Babes' - the darkest day in Manchester United's long and distinguished history. Bishop Auckland supporters will know that

    A very sad day today as it marks the 66th anniversary of the Munich Air Disaster. The external turnstile gate at the Vest Construction Stadium will be open today from 3pm for anyone wishing to pay their respects to the 23 people who lost their lives. We shall remember them.

    Today a group of fans gathered in remembrance at the Vest Construction Stadium on the 66th anniversary of the Munich air disaster. Juan (Smig) Bradwell organised the get together and sang the โ€˜Flowers of Manchesterโ€™. Video available to watch on the Bishops Facebook page.
