So, my daughter's 9-year-old white friend said she doesn't like the fact that Ariel is now Black. My daughter's response - "I liked Ariel when she was white. Why can't you also like Ariel being Black? I'm happy she's Black too". Gosh, I love this 11 year-old daughter of mine ♥️

I interviewed for a job I thought was cool. At the end of the interview, I was asked if I had questions. I said yes. I asked, "how diverse is the team?". The virtual room went quiet, then this response - "We are very diverse. We have OT, PT, & several specialties." Speechless 😆

Once again, the healthcare system failed us. Baby David came as my birthday present but came too early. He was born at 18 weeks & died at birth. Now, we get to bury him. May the short time I got to hold him forever remain a blessing. He was so gorgeous with the cutest features.
