- Replying to @PEANUTHEADDUDE_STDs aren’t the only risk factor. High risk sexual behavior also includes drug usage (overdoses), needle sharing (STDs), BDSM (choking accidents), exhibitionism (altercations with bystanders), etc. Any of which can be engaged in within a monogamous relationship.

- Did you not see ‘heroine use’ and ‘homeless’ in the OP? People do in fact have sex while on heroine and while homeless. Which increases risk of overdoses, accidents, altercations, etc. Go spend some time working in an ER, or as a social worker. This is routine stuff.
