I just received a letter in the mail today. I am being summoned in a New York Bankruptcy Court by Celsius Network LLC. They're trying to claw back HUNDREDS of THOUSANDs dollars that I withdrew before the collapse. Their goal is to take the money I initially deposited.

This sets a horrible precedent for our entire industry. I was a user of this platform, I deposited my own funds, and I withdrew my own funds. A precedent is being set here, that users of crypto platforms(depositers), adopt liability for any malicious activity a company preforms.

ADA is pumping because we've been significantly derisked. The agency that called ADA a security is getting fired. All of the Cardano haters will buy ADA this cycle. Sol had it's run, ETH had it's run. All they care about is opportunity. ADA was 13 Billion last week, while SOL

I am at a loss of words. I withdrew this money to pay my taxes without knowing of any potential collapse. Now they come after me years later for my own capital. They are stating I am liable for the mistakes that were made behind the scenes. Many people got this notice.

I used a platform that committed fraud without knowing. I never marketed this platform to anyone. Now they're claiming I am liable for the fraud of a platform that I used. Our industry is a shit show. Don't use anything centralized if you don't want liability.
