This is Suparna, wife of Bibek Debroy. At this darkest hour, the Prime Minister’s heartfelt letter has been a rare comfort amidst the overwhelming grief. His words remind me of what true compassionate leadership means. My heartfelt thanks for this kindness @narendramodi @PMOIndia

For those interested, just finished translation of Shiva Purana. 675,000 words in 3 volumes. Longest and most difficult of Purana translations so far. Since Brahma and Vishnu have to be published first, will not be out before second half of 2022. Brahmanda or Matsya next.

I, my wife, and my mother-in-law (who is 84), were all infected. We have now recovered, without hospitalisation being necessary. Vaccination, breathing exercises, tele consultation, all helped. Plus, we have been fortunate.

Watched The Kashmir Files by @vivekagnihotri and his team. Touching, moving, disturbing. Wonderful film. Do watch. Thank you Vivek and Pallavi for making this.
