- Replying to @IvanTheKAwkward but business as unusual in Washington. 20 years ago I remember sitting up in the Senate gallery watching the impeachment proceedings all afternoon. Hours later, everyone traipsed over to the House for the SOTU. Being a reporter is such an amazing job for a history buff.
