- Thought long and hard about this one, being able to spend time with my 20 month old little girl is so important to me and the commitment needed to run the club properly would have a massive impact on this time. I will still very much be part of the club and my long term 1/2Our 1st team manager Tom Grice has very reluctantly had to resign as 1st team manager. Tom’s decision is due to his current workload & a desire to spend more time with his young family.
