My 3 yo put a dried apricot in my water bottle and I didn’t notice, took a sip in the middle of the night and it tasted so weird, shined my flashlight in there, the apricot had rehydrated and was like a perfectly round glowing testicle in the bottom of my water bottle. Horrific

Married friend told me she washes her sheets every 4-6 weeks. That is not the sort of fact you can share with me. I am not the right audience for a fact such as that.

Only hair care for a newborn that I do beyond gentle brushing is a little silk crib sheet to prevent that sad little bald spot from forming. But this is not always possible for a ton of reasons

Every summer when the bob cut is trending I see a million videos of girls with botched bobs and not have I been there. You CANNOT just go to your normal “trims and blonding” salon for your bob haircut. Certainly not your French bob. You have to go somewhere cool

I heard someone saying this about the beach recently and I was like, that’s such a poor mindset, that’s an impoverished mindset, that’s a scarcity mindset. I’m not missing out on the ocean because I’m reading a novel or better yet, taking a nap! Resource anxiety for the beach

Absolutely! I had one of these for a mini crib sheet for my son, caught on to his little baldy spot when he was 4 months and his fullness returned ! Expensive but I just had one and if I needed to wash it o just put on a cotton one

I think my hottest dog owner take is I don’t think dog ownership is compatible with a 9-5 conventional job. Ideally just sahms, the unemployed, wfh, couples where no one is gone for more than 5 hours. Mainly tho I’m baffled by single active duty military dudes getting huskies
