In-vivo CAR Ts for myeloma are going to come fast and furious. These products are engineering marvels. ESO-T01 (EsoBiotec) is an anti-BCMA in-vivo CAR T that: 1) Delivers the CAR transgene to endogenous T-cells, reprogramming them to CAR T cells in situ 2) Overexpress CD47 to

Cilta-cel associated Parkinsonism remains a challenge. Instead of going right to high dose Cy which can be toxic to circulating CAR T cells, we opted to try intrathecal chemotherapy in 5 consecutive cases. 4/5 pts had a response and 3 complete resolution! IT chemo seemed to be

What does a 'cure' mean in multiple myeloma? Is it even possible? In this review, we first try to define a cure and then provide the evidence for why some patients may actually reach this milestone. First: our definition (see below). authors.elsevier.com/a/1f0qL,yeo3ud…

A liquid biopsy for myeloma may be closer than we think! Excited to share our work on MRD in the peripheral blood using mass spectrometry! We found mass spec may exceed the sensitivity of bone marrow based methods w/superior prognostication #mmsm #mmMRD bit.ly/MRDmyeloma
