- In an effort to answer the overwhelming amount of questions and concerns for our player who was taken away in an ambulance tonight, I want to let everyone know that he was released from the hospital and has avoided any serious injury. Scary moment for sure. #F.A.M.I.L.Y

- TUFF day. They say football teaches you life lessons about adversity & persistence. Well this a Master’s Level Course right now. This will break the spirit of some. But the Tuffest will climb to elite levels. Those are the type of guys we look forward to coaching. #CLIMB
- It has taken 42 years but I am finally in the 300lb Bench Press Club. Glad to see that “old man strength” finally kicking in. Was beginning to think it was only a myth.
- Shoutout to my youngest & our recruiting assistant for the day @CoachHonorMoore. She put in a full shift of walking around with recruits and their families, holding doors open, shaking hands & handing out business cards. Squeezed in some PacMan and Pop-A-Shot too. #TUFFkid
- Football isn't easy. The practice/game ratio is Tuff. 5 practices every week for just 1 game. 50 practices and just 10 games in a season. It is always nice to spend some time with the guys away from practice. Tonight it was the DL at my house.
