    Guess how many times Anthony Edwards possessed the ball in the fourth quarter? One. ONE. It was a rebound after a Poeltl missed FT. He brought it up the court and handed to DLo. That's the only time the No. 1 pick touched the ball while the Wolves kicked away the lead.

    I think the craziest call in that whole game was the Rudy Gobert flagrant. Maybe the worst review/changed call of all time. Like, truly unbelievable.

    Of note: for all the handwringing I'm already seeing on Wolves Twitter about "losing D'Lo's shooting" ... Check out the actual 3-point shooting numbers: 22-23 Conley: 41.9% C&S 21-22 Conley: 41.4% C&S 22-23 DLo: 38.5% C&S 21-22 DLo: 34.4% C&S

    Yes, DLo can be a fantastic passer. But this was a preplanned cut/pass he ran with McLaughlin once a game all last season. Doesn't change how precise the pass is, but wouldn't classify this as an example of his vision.

    Minnesota Timberwolves G Mike Conley Jr. has agreed on a two-year $21 million extension, Steven Heumann and Jess Holtz of @CAA_Basketball tell ESPN. The Timberwolves keep Conley Jr. out of summer free agency and in backcourt thru 2025-2026.

    So if it felt like a lot of DLo from the 4:30 mark to the 1:15 mark ... It's because he used 6 of 7 possessions without a single pass.

    Wow. For the second time in the last five games, Karl-Anthony Towns attempted zero (0!) 3-point shots. He's a 42.6% 3P shooter. This is unacceptable.

    Since Covington and Saric joined the Wolves, Minnesota has held 10 out of 11 opponents to 104 points or less. Only three teams have given up 104 points or less per game for the season.
