    You trained through all the wind, the rain, the cold mornings, the dark nights, the days that you wanted to stay in bed, the evenings you wanted to just watch a bit of telly instead. Your hard work is done. There are 13.1miles ready in those legs of yours. See you next Sunday!

    A month to go until Great Pulteney Street will be looking just like this! Remember to bring an old jumper or hoodie to wear in your start pen. Discard it to the side as you start and they'll be collected up by one of our race charities.
