Crazy to think this is my 30th Summer of watching AAU basketball in July. I still enjoy the process of evaluating talent but wanted to give a little advice to the young hoopers going into the 2nd week of the live period…….

- Lost 70% of PPG, 65% of our RBD to the Sweet 16 graduating class. Because of their determination, hard work and selflessness the 2023 Knight’s exceeded expectations. Proud of their achievements. Unfortunately, the season ended too soon. We will be back and ready to roll in 2024!
- Starting my 33rd year of coaching college basketball and year 23 of being a head coach. So thankful for all of the memories and moments. Great teams and great players! Feel incredibly blessed to take the journey this year with Hannah, Lydia and Q. God is Great!

- Sick to my stomach about the ending of the Iron Mountain Championship game. Great season for IM! Just heartbreaking
- Replying to @baskejone#5 When you are playing are you having fun? A chance to be with your teammates and enjoy the experience. I have seen to many teams that look like they are participating in Bataan Death March instead of showing some passion and love for the game! We want players that love Hoop!
- So thankful he was my dad. He is now in his Heavenly Home.
- We are 2 practices in. Baby steps but still making steps! Special thanks to OurCalvinSports for video work.
00:00 - Some normalcy to 2020. Lions lose a heartbreaker on Sunday and basketballs are bouncing in Van Noord on Monday. Can’t tell you how much I missed the sounds of basketball!
