    The @mybmc began the demolition of around 503 houses out of the 1,300 in the Shastri Nagar slum, located near Bandra Railway Station in Bandra West. This move is part of a slum rehabilitation scheme, as well as nallah-widening and road-widening projects. (1/2)

    The hot bitumen mix brought to patch up the potholes on Hill Road, #Bandra, was poured today around 9 am by private BMC contractors without using a road roller. The ill-preparation led to the peeling off of the bitumen layer and damaging the tires of motorists & two-wheelers.
