    It’s rude to ask guests to take off shoes in your house. When you’re a guest, you should feel like you’re at home. I’ll clean up when you leave. If you want to take your shoes off, that’s also ok but not necessary.

    He wasn't denied, he was told to leave after having the seat. If he was denied he wouldn't be on the plane. People don't sneak into planes.

    My speculation, a normal bank would be required to report transactions happening with the depositors. By Sam buying the bank, they can essentially forget to report the transactions they're making. Thus doing some illicit things with their capital.
