An excercise under the guidance of Dr Sondos @SSamargandy , one of the experts in the area of Tricuspid and mitral valve trans catheter intervention in the Middle East. Including a hands on dissection exercise of the Tricuspid valve in "London Valve". One of the best session 👍

مريضة عمرها ٢٢ سنه تعاني من الضغط ، تم عمل الفحوصات اللازمه وتم تشخيصها بتضيق بالشريان الأورطي و علاجها عن طريق وضع دعامه بالقسطره. وهذا يبين أهميه عمل الفحوصات الازمه عند مرضى الضغط بالسن المبكر.

يعتبر تضيق الأوردة الرئوية أحد المضاعفات النادره لعملية كي الرجفان الأذيني، و أحيانا يعاني المريض من ضيق النفس بشكل مزمن و يتم تشخيصها بالأشعه المقطعية للقلب و يمكن علاجها بالقسطره القلبيه. Retrograde injection of the left lower pulmonary artery showed occluded LLPV

Low risk for for coronary obstruction, very wide sinus around 30, STJ is wide around 28, and Sinus height is 18mm. I will go straightforward with BEV 23, you can do balloon test if you are in doubt, but low risk for coronary obstruction. Rt Femoral Approach.
