    THE JOURNEY. What a spectacular ride and what a gut punch to see it end. School record for wins, 1st ever CCIW conf tourney champ, Sweet 16 for 2nd time in EC history, 3.0 GPA... and all with guys I love taking home to my family. Disappointed and blessed all at once. #BluejayWay

    When the managers and trainer are listening, you know a team is locked in. Pick good people, build relationships with them and then keep communicating. It takes a lot of energy and mutual respect to get huddles like this

    Huge CCIW tourney victory at home tonight by our squad. @jonzap15 coming back for some shots after the game... we have a lot of this with our guys. Our players arent on scholarship; they simply want to be better. Talented, self-motivated players are fun to coach.

    1st Annual D3 Desert CHAMPIONS!!! Our guys played their tails off this weekend. If you came to watch the tourney, you saw 4 really, really good basketball teams this weekend. Honored and humbled to have taken home the trophy. Awesome tourney run by @ThePHHacility #BluejayWay
