This is a known way to steal property. This man paid his water bills on time and this one was a hidden bill with another company.

- You could have easily made that character half black and half Asian but she grew up with her Asian side of the family and chose to go to an HBCU to connect to her black heritage. Then people wouldn't be offended because that is normal for a lot of mixed black kids at HBCUs.
