    Ziyad breaks the world record again. This time 17.94m! When I spoke to him, he said, "For me, nothing is impossible. My preparation has always been at 100 percent. In Tokyo, I just want to enjoy, compete and retain the gold I won." He is not enjoying. He is having fun!

    Bronze in Rio... Silver in Tokyo. Jason Kenny was just too strong today. But what a race from Datuk Azizulhasni Awang. In every Keirin race, he was at this best and in the final, he pushed till the end, but Kenny just got his tactics right. Malaysia will celebrate this!

    Aniq Kasdan is just 22. Imagine competing in the 55kg, and then moving into the 61kg. He adapted, got stronger and is now a world-class lifter. Four years from now, this lad from Segamat will surely eye a medal in LA 2028. He will continue smashing records. A star is born! 🇲🇾

    If there is one regret, it is not playing Brendan Gan in the first two games of the Asian Cup. He kept the line and shape well, and off-the-ball work was smart and efficient. He instills leadership too. Today, he showed his worth, but what could have been if he played earlier

    She loves slow renditions of Nasyid, but on the track, Azreen Nabila‘s steps aren't mellow. Every stride she takes is meant to blaze the lanes! This is just the beginning. Let's hope she continues to improve and qualify for Paris 2024 on merit. We must back her to push boundaries

    Fourth-degree burns, can't feel his left arm and there is stiffness on his face, says Datuk Seri Shahril Mokhtar. Whoever did this… Why? His recovery could take months now and away from the game he loves… This is vile and heartless. Nobody deserves this.

    Arif Aiman’s growth is scary. In the past, he needed more of the ball to showcase his talent but now, he doesn't need much of it. His efficiency is frighteningly good for a 21-year-old. What else this boy can do? I am looking forward to seeing him unlock some new arsenal!

    Faisal Halim is showing positive signs and the fact he wants to do basic football exercises, he is some character la. That’s the Mickey we all know. He will fight. But there will be a few more surgeries during his recovery process.

    Shah Firdaus Sahrom crashes. He was shoulder to shoulder with Great Britain’s Jack Carlin, was tussled and lost his balance. The decision on the incident would be known soon. Looks like he can race again, even with those bruises! That's resilience, ladies and gentleman! #Olympics
