- “Expensive” doesn’t always refer to money in game development. Time and effort is an expense. If this pulls X amount of people for Y time just to encrypt this information, Y time could be so high that time spent elsewhere is better served.
- Replying to @GPHash_ @DirtyEffinHippy and @JRJ365DAMAGERight, because otherwise the creators with 500 more people to vote on their videos would win every time instead of giving valuable airtime to other deserving videos as well.
- Replying to @thetvCruzTheir TOS and EULA outline this scenario upfront so it’s on the end user to understand and follow those guidelines. I don’t disagree that BE should simply disallow the game to start in these circumstances (and I can tell you it doesn’t, in certain ones).
- Replying to @ZKuuch @FpsKrystal and @BungieSays the fun police in opposition to literally everyone saying how much they love how it looks. 😡
- Replying to @thetvCruzYes, it is. These tools are generic. They don’t look at specific game files. They access memory, all your programs running, in real-time. Running these in tandem with any anti-cheat will get you banned. They are indiscriminate in how they operate.
- Replying to @Biskit206He doesn’t understand the term. I know this first hand. Using it as a scapegoat for one’s own underperformance is pretty typical, especially content creators. I wish he’d be better, too, but dude is probably under a mountain of stress daily.
- Replying to @mislead @VaashTV and @GernaderJakeNo one is saying he’s a bad person, that’s a disingenuous remark. He is absolutely setting a bad example for thousands of people watching him. Having a platform means responsibility. Growth is important for creators and this reaction is below him.
- Replying to @TheTeawrexNext you’ll tell me you’re leaving Blizzard Launcher for Steam, am I right guys? Blocked!
- Replying to @JcalGG and @thetvCruzIf they had to state every generic (or deliberate) program being used I could write one in a few hours and expect not to be banned for using it? Not sure I agree with that logic. They explicitly call out tools like this because they are impossible to disprove from a user.
- Replying to @avcables and @thetvCruzYou could write a table for this program (or any similar to it) to alter Destiny running in real-time. It has been used for exactly that, too. Not that I think you did this, one way or another, but these programs operate in a manner that would get you flagged 100% of the time.
- Replying to @hynracanflyGood call. I should level my Firefright somewhere other than Trials.
- Replying to @iomletLmao this is wild. I've asked for quite a few nerfs (as a Sniper main) but this is gonna be awesome when getting pre-fired from the back of the map.
- Replying to @LanzaGBYou’re wrong. 🤷♀️ These are the kinds of disingenuous takes that really make it hard to shine a positive light on the way we deliver feedback as a community. This belongs in the same category as people making jokes about them fixing this on a Saturday. L take.
