A 13 yr-old kid in OC, California was called a terrorist by a classmate. He responded w/ "Free Palestine." And was suspended for 3 days. Per his aunt, "They (school admin) expressed to my nephew that the words 'Free Palestine' meant death to all Jews and should never be said."

His aunt: Two weeks ago Ibrahim was threatened with hate + racism comments by 2 Israeli students. The Israeli students told him go back to your country which is (Palestine) and started laughing saying oh too bad you don’t have a country it’s getting bombed so go kill yourself !

When two Iraqi @Reuters journalists were gunned down by a US helicopter in 2007, the agency tried for yrs to find out what really happened. But their FOIA requests were denied by the Pentagon. It was only after @wikileaks released the footage 3 yrs later that the truth came out🧵

13 yrs ago today, Julian Assange @wikileaks released a video called "Collateral Murder." Fair to say the victims' families, or the world, might never have learned the truth re: the US military's actions without this leak — or the others he's now being prosecuted for publishing.

We met a young woman at an abortion clinic in Texas whose boyfriend told her he wanted to get her pregnant, got her pregnant, and then told her she should abort it. Apparently this is a thing. It's called "reproductive coercion" and providers tell us it happens all the time.
