    Parcel delivery firm DPD have replaced their customer service chat with an AI robot thing. It’s utterly useless at answering any queries, and when asked, it happily produced a poem about how terrible they are as a company. It also swore at me. 😂

    Devastating news from Birmingham City Council with colossal budget cuts incoming. Arts organisations including CBSO, B'ham REP Theatre, B'ham Royal Ballet & B'Ham Opera Company set to have 50% funding cut this year, then 100% (!) funding cut next year. Absolutely criminal. (🧵)

    Thrilled to announce that last night I managed to put the cover on a grand piano the right way around, on my first attempt. So massively grateful to everyone that’s supported me along the way, but tainted with sadness that no one else witnessed this once-in-a-lifetime event.

    Pure joy on the @Eurostar this evening when the wonderful train guard, despite his best efforts to keep a straight face, got the giggles while announcing our arrival into London. The whole train was soon laughing with him. 😁
