- So many people are critical of leaders but have no clue what the leaders has sacrificed.
- Video games, Social media and Cell phones have completely eliminated this picture in today’s society.
- Mr. Transfer Portal has truly put a beating on HS recruiting for 70% of graduating seniors. Parents and athletes better be willing to take a PWO or possibly go the JUCO route! #FreeAdvice

- More coaching searches and deals are done behind closed doors than most of you will ever know. The job posting are online to meet HR laws.
- Message to HS 🏈 Coaches, In the recruiting process, u have 2 market all ur kids & not just FBS type players. It’s always somewhere that kids can play @ the next level if u market them the right way! Never just focus on the few because if they are dudes then they don’t need u!
- I just had a P5 Coach tell me that they don’t believe in Early Morning Mat Drills because: 1. No games are played at 5:30 or 6:00am 2. It’s set kids & sometimes staff up for failure in regards to not being at their best early in the morning. Thoughts?
- HS Parents & Prospects, I encourage you 2 do your research on JUCO Football programs because they are about 2 become relevant again with the Transfer Portal! A few things to look at: Are they a scholarship or non-scholarship program, do they have dorms, and more! #FreeAdvice
- Maybe times have changed, but what happened to HS Staffs having young coaches hauling their kids around to college visits & camps? I know I did it when I was a young coach! Have times changed?
- Young coaches in the State of GA, please be careful of some of these head high school football coaching jobs that you going to chase in this hiring cycle. I encourage you to truly do your research on the school, community, and administration.
- College Coaches, Please remember that twitter works both ways. If HS coaches follow you then you should follow them back. It’s called RESPECT regardless of what level you coach at!
