- I don’t mean to sound like your mom but the lack of routine and discipline in life, waking up without purpose, being idle and spending too much time on the bed with your phone will lead to terrible mental health. That’s a given.

- My dad has stopped dyeing his hair and today I noticed how pure white all his hair is. These little signs of old age in parents sting! One day he is carrying you up 3 flights of stairs because u pretended to be asleep in the car and the next ur holding his hand to help him get up
