- ‘12 second drill’ My favorite defensive drill in practice. Have to guard your area & try to maintain arms length away w/o fouling while offense tries to break the count. Then rotate to next ball handler. 7 total spots.
00:00 - My heart aches for our ladies after hearing the news of the NCAA tournament being canceled. Grateful we even got the chance to compete & win our 1st ever tournament title. Trophies are great but the journey with this group was even better! Salute to our senior leader @hollyhoop1
- The ending is abrupt but the journey was awesome! So proud of all our players & coaches. Battled like crazy last night with a really good Oklahoma squad. Sometimes the shots just don’t fall. Grateful to have experienced this ride with them & love how they represented IUPUI!
