00:00 - The problem with demanding equal game time for kids in football is that it punishes the better players & limits their chances to improve, even worse fast forward 3 years, you have a generation of people not just players! who feel entitled to things they don’t deserve
- I’m curious how many Academy coaches could work with grassroots players & be successful or even last a full season, not released from academy grassroots lads, I’m talking the average kid that plays Sunday league football. It would be a steep learning curve let me tell you.!
