In the cold, dark weather and the sound of the drone, my sister Shatha has been studying her lectures saved on her phone. Despite her exhausted body and tired mind, she is writing notes without a direct teacher, desk, books, or a normal environment to support her education.

- 1/3 When I found myself on a street away from my shelter school in Rafah, trying to connect to the internet, a tidy woman wanted to start a conversation with me. - Replying to @anotherwardy3/3 She hugged me, speaking positive words in a confident voice. Her kindness made her insist on inviting me to her small tent, where she shared a hot meal with her daughters. She filled my heart with limitless comfort, offering a healing that stayed with me for months.
