    In honor of Anthony Bourdain, go to a small restaurant this weekend in your town's Mexican or Kurdish or Laotian or El Salvadoran or Somali neighborhood. Even if that neighborhood is only visible to you via that restaurant. Have a real conversation with the cook. Tip extra.
