- Yday I hiked the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim. Approximately 45 miles w 11k ft elevation gain / descent. 5am start, 1am finish. Hurting a lot today but so happy. Needed to do something hard again. Words & photos can’t describe how beautiful it is but I will post later✨gonna have a p filthy day today … hope everyone else does too 🤪
