    This happened in silence, without headlines or condemnation. A genocidal dictatorship proudly marches through the streets of freshly ethnically cleansed town/region. These streets once bustled with happy families, days packed with joyful gatherings, cultural events and life.

    I was picked up by a cheery female taxi driver yesterday. A divorced mother of three that took in three more Artsakh kids into her home and now drives the taxi after regular work to make ends meet. The grassroots response to the ethnic cleaning of Artsakhtsis has been inspiring.

    To attack civilian populated areas with UAVs in the middle of the night when people are asleep and can't run away, is what a truly horrendous bloodthirsty dictatorship can do. That is what Azerbaijan is doing on Armenia proper.
