    HS players don’t need 6 days a week of practice and games. This nonsense needs to stop. They need time off and off days to enjoy there time. Too much stress with HW,games,practice, study, free time and family time. There bodies, CNS are beat up! Need a better system for HS!

    Why are travel ball organizations playing back to back to back tournaments. There are kids playing in grand park to Georgia to Iowa and haven’t been home in 20-25 days. How is this right for the kids and parents. Kids are burnt out and getting hurt!! It needs to CHNAGE!!!

    I dont understand the hype about showcases. Cool u ran a 6.8 threw 88 and hit 94…what happens when u get destroyed on the mound and can’t hit a ball and run routes ur supposed to get to with ur speed? Numbers are numbers, it’s sexy to see but won’t get u anywhere if U cant play

    I’m sorry but for baseball rankings and grades and these placements of where u are. Literally mean nothing. Number 7 in the state does not mean he’s better then the number 83. It just doesn’t. We came to a point that a number defines you. And it’s just sad now.

    Easy high calories you should have every day. . * 2 PBJs is 1200 calories * 4 rice cakes and PB is 780 calories * whey protein, PB, milk, Greek yogurt, bananas mixed in is 600calories * mini wheats 2 servings is 580 calories but 104 grams of carbs is insane.

    Eat 4-5 quality meals a day Take creatine Drink a gallon of water a day Sleep 8 hrs Set goals Be positive always Meditation and yoga . Your mindset will change after that!

    There are alot of HS players that complain about why is a 80-84 mph going d-1 and I’m throwing 85-88 and still uncommitted. They start to doubt themselves and question everything they done. How is this fair? Again don’t focus on others. Your time will come!!!!!

    Going 80 to 85 pretty much any one can do. Going 85-90 is a whole different game. 90-93+ may take your whole life. Understand how hard and how long progress takes. Don’t look at anyone and what they have done. You are your own body. Figure it out and work!!

    If you are a 16 year old HS player and are going to a showcase, and your numbers are not under a 7 60 time 90+ exit velo and 85+ off mound 82+ catch velo and not 2.6 x height for bodyweight. Most of you are wasting your damn money and time. You having nothing to SHOW!!!!

    What to do to gain 15-20 lbs this off season? 1. Eat 5-6 meals a day 2. Do that for 7 days a week 3. Do that for 4-6 months straight 4. Track your food 5. Drink a gallon of water 6. Take creatine.
